These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 388wi ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 388wi website accessible at https://388wi.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing, registering on or using the 388wi Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including users who are browsing, registered account holders, depositing players and any other persons who access or use any feature of the Platform.

To register and use an Account on the 388wi Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Proof of age will be requested during KYC verification. Accounts found to belong to persons under the minimum age will be suspended immediately, all funds will be reviewed pursuant to applicable regulatory requirements and winnings may be forfeited.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be subject to any legal restriction, court order or other impediment that would prevent you from lawfully entering into this Agreement.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that online gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. 388wi does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
Each User may hold only one (1) registered Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent ban from the Platform.
When registering an Account, you are required to provide complete, accurate and truthful information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and telephone number. You must promptly update this information if it changes at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share, disclose or transfer your login credentials to any third party. 388wi will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 388wi immediately via the support contact details provided in Section 16. You should change your password immediately upon detecting or suspecting any unauthorised access.
388wi reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion where there are reasonable grounds to suspect breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse or any other conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform.
All Users are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before the first withdrawal is processed, and may be required to complete verification at any earlier stage at the Platform's discretion. Unverified accounts may have deposit, withdrawal and gameplay restrictions applied.

You must not alter, edit, crop, obscure, falsify or manipulate any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of falsified documents is a serious criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
Available deposit methods are displayed in the live cashier at the time of deposit. Methods may include bank transfer, mobile wallet options and cryptocurrency. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are made as familiar Pakistani payment tools only. 388wi does not represent that any of these providers permit or endorse gambling transactions.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in PKR in the cashier. Users are responsible for reviewing applicable limits before initiating a transaction. 388wi reserves the right to amend deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
The Platform supports deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where available. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are the User's responsibility.
All funds deposited must belong to you personally. You must not deposit funds on behalf of a third party. Use of funds that are proceeds of crime, including money laundering, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
Withdrawal of real-money funds is subject to successful completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of all applicable bonus wagering requirements, a positive real-money account balance and account standing in good order with no pending investigations or disputes.
Withdrawals are processed subject to the operator's standard processing timelines, which vary by method. Processing times displayed on the Platform are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur where additional verification is required or where payment processing systems experience technical issues.
The name on the withdrawal destination account (bank account, mobile wallet or otherwise) must exactly match the name on your verified 388wi Account. Withdrawal requests where names do not match will be declined pending resolution.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier. The Platform reserves the right to process large withdrawal amounts in instalments across multiple payment cycles, subject to the operator's withdrawal policy.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional credits offered by 388wi are subject to specific terms applicable to each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements, applicable game contributions and time limits are stated in the specific promotion terms. As an illustrative example: a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is available.
Any attempt to exploit bonuses through collusion, use of multiple accounts, abuse of promotional mechanics, placement of offsetting bets or any other method designed to circumvent legitimate wagering is prohibited. 388wi reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, suspend accounts and recover any funds extracted through abusive bonus activity.
Unused or partially-wagered bonus funds expire after the period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically. It is the User's responsibility to check active bonus terms and manage wagering within specified timeframes.
All bets are subject to acceptance by the Platform. 388wi reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without explanation, including where system errors, suspicious betting patterns or integrity concerns are identified. A bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number has been issued.
In the event of a manifest error in displayed odds, prices or market data — whether caused by human error, software fault or data feed issues — 388wi reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous prices. Users who knowingly exploit erroneous odds may have their accounts suspended and winnings voided.
In-play and live betting markets are subject to suspension or cancellation at any time. Bets placed immediately before an event outcome is determined may be voided if the Platform determines that the outcome was known or reasonably knowable at the time of placement. Live betting on cricket, PSL fixtures and other events is subject to the general in-play rules of the operator.
The results of all sports markets and casino games are final once confirmed. Complaints or disputes must be submitted within seven (7) days of the relevant event outcome. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software where applicable. Live dealer outcomes are determined by the physical game outcome recorded by the operator's live studio.

Self-exclusion requests are processed as promptly as operationally feasible. Once a self-exclusion is applied, the Platform will make reasonable efforts to prevent access to your account for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-excluded users must not attempt to circumvent exclusions by opening new accounts; doing so will result in permanent banning and potential forfeiture of funds.

All content on the 388wi Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software, data compilations and all other proprietary materials — is the intellectual property of 388wi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 388wi.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 388wi, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
388wi reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. In some cases, we may notify registered Users by email.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction, as specified in the operator's gaming license documentation. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's license jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not represent that Pakistani law applies to your use of the Platform, nor that online gambling is lawful under Pakistani law.
